Appointment Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Please allow 5-10 mins for finding location and parking. There is a 5 minute grace period for each guest. For any guests who arrive later than 10-15 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, downgraded, or cancellation fee charged 90% Cancellations made within 48 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 24 hours and up unto the appointment time booked OR a “no show” will be subject to 90% of the service booked. It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time.
